At ReviewsAI (reviews-ai.com), we respect developer privacy above all. Our architecture is deliberately designed with a minimal footprint: we only store what is strictly required to poll publicly accessible store listings and deliver alerts to your designated Webhook endpoints.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Credentials: Your work email address, hashed authentication tokens, and billing records processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers (e.g. Stripe).
• Configuration Data: The public store URLs you choose to monitor (such as your Chrome Extension URL or AppSumo listing) and your destination Webhook URLs (Slack, Discord, Linear).
• Public Review Snapshots: Publicly visible review text, star ratings, and author display names fetched from public marketplaces for the sole purpose of triage analysis.

3. What We Never Collect

We NEVER ask for, store, or access:

• Your Google Developer Console passwords or session cookies.
• Your AppSumo partner account credentials.
• The private personal identifying information (PII) of your end-users.

4. Webhook Security & Data Transmission

All external requests and webhook dispatches are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Each Webhook payload includes an optional cryptographic HMAC SHA-256 header (X-ReviewsAI-Signature) so your internal servers can verify payload authenticity.

5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Under GDPR and CCPA regulations, you have the right to request access to your stored configuration data, request full export of historical alerts, or trigger permanent deletion of your account and all associated URLs at any time.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly functional cookies for login session persistence. We do not sell user data to advertising networks or install invasive third-party cross-site trackers.
