ReviewsAI does not store administrative credentials for third-party marketplace accounts.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing

Paid subscription plans (Starter at $19/mo, Pro at $29/mo, or annual equivalents) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and publishing any communications posted on external store platforms. ReviewsAI is not liable for outcomes resulting from messages you choose to publish.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReviewsAI or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from delays or modifications imposed by third-party marketplace websites.
